We’re seeking innovative and engaging workshop proposals from clinicians and other industry professionals who are passionate about exploring new frontiers in behavioral healthcare. We’re particularly interested in experiential workshops and keynotes that will provide attendees with practical tools and strategies they can immediately apply to their practices.

We have multiple workshop slots and keynote opportunities available, and we would love for you to submit a proposal.

This year’s theme is Resilient Futures: Advancing Trauma-Informed, Relational, and Integrative Care. We want presentations that not only explore cutting-edge topics but also highlight how trauma-informed, relational, and integrative approaches can build resilience and support meaningful recovery for individuals and families.

We are accepting two types of submissions:

• Clinical/Educational Sessions (Keynotes and Workshops): Designed primarily for clinicians and intended to meet continuing education standards.
• Panels: 1-hour sessions that can focus on business development, leadership, operations, or light clinical topics. These sessions are not intended for Continuing Education credit.

Session Information & Requirements:

• Durations: 1 hour (Keynotes) & 1 – 1.25 hours (Pre-Conference Workshops)
• Format: Interactive and engaging, with a focus on experiential learning.
• Audience: Primarily Clinicians (LPCs, LMFTs, LCSWs, Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Interventionists, etc.) and Industry Leaders (CEOs, Clinical Directors, Business Development, etc.)

Continuing Education Note:
We intend to provide approval for APA and/or NBCC continuing education credits for all qualifying educational sessions (keynotes and workshops). Submissions for these sessions must comply with APA and NBCC standards for content, learning objectives, and presenter qualifications. Panels are not intended to be Continuing Education approved.

We’re looking for presentations that do one or more of the following…

• Demonstrate real-world applications of trauma-informed, relational, and integrative care across different levels of the treatment continuum.
• Provide practical tools and strategies that clinicians can use to strengthen family systems, build belonging, and support long-term resilience.
• Address specialized populations (e.g., military/veterans, adolescents, complex psychiatric needs) through culturally attuned and integrative lenses.
• Explore emerging topics such as neuroscience integration, clinician resilience, co-occurring disorders, and collaborative models that bridge acute, residential, and community care.
• Inspire attendees with hopeful, evidence-based approaches that emphasize whole-person healing and sustainable outcomes.

Many of our attendees’ favorite topics include Trauma and Trauma-Informed Care, Family Systems and Attachment, Integrative and Relational Approaches, Severe Mental Illness, and Clinician Wellness. While we are open to a wide range of submissions, please keep our audience of dedicated behavioral health professionals in mind when developing your proposal.

Review Process & Timeline:

• Decisions on submissions will be made within 4–6 weeks following the deadline.
• All proposals are reviewed by our Continuing Education Review Committee.
• Submissions are assessed on a variety of factors, including: relevancy of the topic to our audience, quality and merit of the presenter and content, uniqueness (avoiding significant overlap with other submissions), relevancy to the conference theme, presence of experiential or practical elements, the presenter’s expertise and ability to deliver doctoral-level education, overall innovation and applicability, and potential impact on clinical practice or business operations.
• Due to the high volume of submissions and the rigorous review process, we are unfortunately unable to provide individual feedback on why a presentation may or may not be accepted.
